Our Company is looking for Female-Receptionist with Logistic Experience to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions.
Scheduling and booking meetings and providing personalized support for other employees in the office.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Perform administrative tasks such as keeping files, photocopying, printing, setting appointments, and managing day-to-day operations of our company.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Write emails, memos, and letters
Implement a develop office procedures and record systems
Flexible, Fast learner and can do multi-tasking Job
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well Organized

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma
At least 1 or 2 years of reception with logistics experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer Basic Skills
Experience in data processing or other skills you need to have performed.
Ability to work independently
Organized and professional demeanor
Must speak and write English proficiently
Multi-tasker and Planner with the ability to prioritize key tasks.
