We are seeking a skilled and friendly receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Keep track of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Assist with basic inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
Collaborate with other administrative and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of [specific softwa relevant to the role].
Bilingual proficiency in English & Hindi is a plus.
