Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Selection: Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Bayt, and GulfTalent to attract top talent and building talent pipelines for future needs.
Interviewing: Conducting initial phone screenings, online assessments, and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Process Coordination: Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, sending offers, and managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Compliance & Onboarding: Ensuring all hiring complies with UAE employment regulations and assisting with visa processes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and providing recruitment reports.
Experience: Generally 3–5 years of experience, with a focus on high-volume recruitment or agency experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and free zone regulations.
Skills: Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
