- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to arrange interviews,trade tests and medical examinations for selected candidates.

- Stay updated on the UAE job market trends and industry requirements for white collar positions.
- Utilize job portals, professional networks, and recruitment consultancies to attract and hire qualified professionals for white collar roles.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong network of recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional organizations to enhance the talent pool and streamline hiring processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultancies, job portals, and other relevant entities in the UAE.
- Should have knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Must have Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication,interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 5 years of Experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire fabricators and welders from India & UAE.
- Conduct through screening and selection processes to identify qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels,including job portals,recruitment agencies and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
