Real Estate Experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• With good communication skills & self-motivated.
• Very well presentable as you will be required to be facing clients.
• Customer Service and Time Keeping skills at the highest level.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• To generate and increase the client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting.
• Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner.
• Ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies.
• Be up-to-date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property in a specialist area.
• Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop a database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
