Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at Six Sigma Travel. The role involves handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating sales of travel packages.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Reservations and Travel & Tourism
Sales skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of travel booking systems and software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
