Description:
The floor manager is responsible for ensuring that all front-of-house operations run smoothly and that guests enjoy a memorable experience. Her duties will include staff scheduling, training, and addressing guests’ concerns.
Responsibilities:
-Lead Front-of-House team
-Perform daily inventory checks
-Compile daily sales reports
-Delegate front-of-house staff to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
-Manage team conflicts
-Solve guest complaints
-Schedule staff shifts
-Co-ordinate with relevant staff to continuously promote the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction
-Assist with the recruitment and training of front-of-house staff
-Assess the quality of products being served to guests
-Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to
-Ensure that all front-of-house equipment and furnishings are well maintained
-Open to females only
-Experience in GCC would be beneficial
- Must be presentable
-Must be able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
-Must have experience working in up-market hospitality
-Must be able to work under pressure and solve problems on-the-go
-Must be fluent in English, Arabic would be a plus
