About Us
We are a popular and fast-growing Authentic Hyderabadi Restaurant in Sharjah, known for our rich Hyderabadi biryanis, haleem, kebabs, and traditional Indian cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality and an excellent dining experience to our guests.
We are currently looking for a professional, energetic, and presentable Restaurant Hostess to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile as they enter the restaurant.
Manage the restaurant’s seating chart and efficiently seat guests according to table availability and rotation.
Take reservations over the phone and manage the reservation system.
Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and entrance area.
Monitor the waiting list and inform guests of wait times accurately.
Ensure high standards of customer service and represent the restaurant positively at all times.
Requirements
Female candidate (as per the nature of the role).
Excellent communication skills in English (must) and Hin (preferred). Arabic is a plus.
Presentable appearance, well-groomed, and professional personality.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Hostess in a restaurant (hospitality background preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid UAE residence visa (or sponsorship available for the right candidate).
