1. Knowledge to lead an Indian Restaurant
2. Knowledge of full setup of the business and relevant approvals with the local authorities.
3. Knowledge in Arabic
4. Approval from the local food department (Dubai).
5. To run the restaurant in profit with very well procedures to be implemented.
6. Well versed with stock taking.
7. To imply all the department procedure and be well versed with the same.
8. Training to relevant staff
