We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for an
enthusiastic person to join our fast paced team. Transactions: Review all transactions on the payment gateway. Reporting: Prepare payment gateway transaction report for management to visualize trends Fraud Management: Monitor online fraud trends, fraud prevention techniques and
technology, improve on existing fraud monitoring mechanism. Handling Dispu the dispute representment and doentation is
completed without error and must be highly detail oriented. Setup fraud prevention and detection mechanisms. Review all transactions on the payment gateway. Prepare various gateway transaction reports as requested by management. Prepare fraud activity reports. Investigate all flagged transactions following the predefined risk process. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify fraudulent customers and advise
them on the required course of action. Liaise with the fraud department of various banks to verify the Identity of cardholder. Spearhead the chargeback handling process with little or no supervision. Perform benchmark analysis with best-in-class fraud process. Continuously improve the fraud handling process to reflect best in class industry standards. Proactively contribute to new fraud prevention strategies. Adopt and assist in new fraud tools implementations. Coordinate with banks and payment gateways to handle transactions level and refund related issues.
