Job Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
Ensure proper presentation and quality of items served.
Take and process guest orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of trolley, equipment, and service areas.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
Report any maintenance issues or guest complaints to the supervisor.
Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels for room service items.
Adhere to hotel safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or room service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
Physically fit to handle trolley and food items.
Team player with a customer-first mindset.
