ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for energetic, willing and hard-working Runners to support our management and service team at CIPHER Lounge and our cloud kitchen operation. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn the hospitality industry from the ground up. If you are not afraid of a busy shift, can move fast and take pride in the detail, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
–Support the service team during all stages of service — running food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables promptly and accurately
–Assist with cloud kitchen order dispatch — ensuring delivery orders are packed correctly, labelled and handed over to riders on time
–Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently between covers to maintain pace during busy service
–Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks across the venue — front of house, back of house, kitchen, storage areas and restrooms
–Assist with furniture moves and venue layout changes for events, private dining and special occasions
–Assist with stock deliveries — receiving, counting, storing and rotating stock correctly under the guidance of the kitchen or procurement team
–Support opening and closing procedures — setting up the floor, polishing glassware and cutlery, and ensuring the venue is guest-ready before service
–Replenish service stations, ice, condiments and supplies throughout the shift
–Respond promptly to any requests from management or the service team to keep operations running smoothly
–No prior experience required: a positive attitude and willingness to work hard is what matters most
–Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout a full shift
–Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
–Basic spoken English to communicate with the team
–Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus but not essential
–UAE residency or eligibility for UAE work visa
