App Activation & Downloads:
Convince customers to download and activate the mobile application.
Ensure minimum daily download targets are achieved (starting from 50 per day).
Outdo Campaign Execution:
Participate in scheduled campaigns in malls, streets, corporate offices, labor camps, and other public areas.
Set up kiosks, distribute flyers, and engage with walk-in traffic to promote app downloads.
Customer Interaction:
Approach and interact with potential users politely and professionally.
Explain app features and benefits clearly to customers.
Field Reporting:
Submit daily activati count and feedback from the field.
Report any campaign issues or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
Brand Representation:
Represent the brand in a positive and energetic manner.
Wear campaign uniforms (if provided) and follow appearance guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with team members and campaign supervisors for smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions or team meetings as required.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Help customers with app-related issues during download or activation.
Guide users step-by-step through app registration, if needed.
Distribution of gifts or rewards to customers during promotions.
Assist in data collection or surveys for campaign analysis.

Experience:
0 to 2 years in field sales, promotions, marketing campaigns, app activation, or similar roles
Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome
Education:
Minimum High School / Secondary / Intermediate / Diploma
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English, Hin; Arabic is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and energetic in customer interaction
Basic smartphone handling and app usage knowledge
Able to guide users step-by-step through mobile app downloads
Physically active and comfortable with outdoor work
Personality & Behavior:
Polite, disciplined, and presentable
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willing to work under flexible schedules (rotational or shifting as needed)
Other Requirements:
UAE residents only (Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai preferred)
Own car is a plus (Fuel and oil change covered by company)
Must be comfortable working in outdoor or high-traffic areas
