Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Generate new leads and establish a customer base
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Make sales presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate prices and close sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and changing customer needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Proven sales experience in an inside sales role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
