Job Responsibilities:
• Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
• Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
• Rent the property based on Monthly or Yearly Rent.
• Minimum one years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Optional having a valid UAE driving license
