Job Overview:
Are you passionate about furniture and eager to kick-start your career in sales? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Furniture Sales Agents, with no prior experience necessary. As a Furniture Sales Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a retail showroom environment. Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the showroom with a warm and friendly demeanour, creating a welcoming atmosphere for browsing and shopping.
- Learn about our range of furniture products, including features, benefits, and customization options, through training sessions and hands-on experience.
- Assist customers in exploring our showroom offerings, providing guidance and recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Listen actively to customer needs and preferences, asking questions to understand their requirements and offering suitable furniture solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to gain insights into effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction strategies.
- Learn how to operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development activities to enhance sales proficiency and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets, contributing to the success of the showroom.
- Embrace feedback and coaching from supervisors and peers to continuously improve sales performance and customer service skills.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about furniture sales and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on showroom schedules and customer demand.
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience in sales or retail required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use the point-of-sale (POS) system and other software applications.
- Proficiency in languages commonly spoken in the UAE, such as English, Arabic, and Urdu, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
