We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at M H A TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in travel services, including air ticketing, hotel bookings, and tailored tour packages. You will use your expertise to provide clients with personalized travel solutions and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Handle inquiries related to airfare, hotel reservations, and travel packages.
Understand customer needs and offer personalized travel recommendations and solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Air Ticketing & Hotel Bookings:
Book domestic and international flights for clients using global distribution systems (GDS).
Make hotel reservations based on client preferences, ensuring the best deals and packages are offered.
Coordinate with airlines and hotels to confirm and modify bookings as required.
Tour Packages & Travel Services:
Design and sell customized tour packages including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Promote special offers, discounts, and seasonal travel deals to maximize sales.
Collaborate with travel partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the company's travel services.
Provide monthly sales reports and feedback to the management team.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, airline deals, and hotel promotions.
