Key Areas of Responsibility
· Supporting the marketing and sales team in daily administrative tasks
· Perform market analysis, trend analysis, potential customer demographics or other required research
· Monitor all social media and online platforms for customer feedback
· Contribute to social media post generation and management
· Assist with package building programs and sales strategies of tours and watersport activities
· Assist with planning and management of activities and events
· Meet tasks deadlines in a fast moving environment
· Report to the operations manager
