As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Prepare sales quotes and contracts.
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates.
Preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and support senior sales staff with administrative tasks.
