Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our training programs and security services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, government, and private sectors.
Promote and sell security training programs (e.g., CPO, tactical training) and personnel deployment services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the operations team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the security, training, or manpower industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in security services, recruitment, or training industries.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and security licensing requirements.
