The Sales Executive will be working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Head of Sales to achieve the sales target set for h and contribute to achieving the planned sales offered by the Company. The Sales Executive will work to implement the sales plan under the supervision of the Head of Sales to achieve the profitability & sales goals set and approved by management.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Identify and actively pursue target market by arranging meeting for sales pitch and presentations.
• Arrange and carry out site visits for potential clients.
• Arrange and carry out presentations on the Company and property offered for sales.
• Negotiate agreements with the clients as set policies and guidelines and in coordination with respective senior management.
• Actively coordinating with Real Estate Agents to ensure prospective clients are provided with accurate information about the property.
• Promote the Company to maximize good sales.
• Integrate sales efforts with organized marketing activities and attending and participating in events, exhibitions and conferences to generate sales, create more sales leads and collect market information.
• Monitor agents to ensure best corporate identity and information is applied on all work that is carried out and presented.
• Follow up with clients to ensure the timely collection of receivables.
• Coordinate with various departments to get the support needed for the sales efforts.
• Responsible for collecting relevant information on new leads.
• Liaise with the management to run day-to-day sales operations.
• Timely response to and follow up of sales enquiries, efficient after-sales follow up and service to build client loyalty.
• Daily update of the CRM.
• Create daily report containing new leads, names of potential buyers to whom sales presentations were made, and sales made.
• Create a weekly feedback for customers, monthly reports for sales made over the month, customer reports (complaints and requests).
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge in the real estate market in the country and in the region.
• Excellent knowledge in local rules & regulations pertaining to real estate ownership.
• Good knowledge of high-end real estate market worldwide.
• A minimum of 3 Years of experience in hands-on sales of real estate in the country, preferably with a one of the large real estate developers.
• Excellent commercial reasoning and common sense.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Excellent presentation skills is a must.
• Very good research and reporting skills.
• Very good negotiation and deal closing skills.
• Good English in order to communicate with us and translate accordingly.
• Self-motivated.
