Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Technical Secretary with a civil engineering background to support our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical doentation, assisting in project tracking, and supporting day-to-day administrative and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the PMO in preparing and maintaining project schedules, progress reports, and status updates.
Organize and maintain technical files, drawings, submittals, and related project doentation.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and doentation flow.
Support the preparation of tender doents, BOQs, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and doentation control protocols.
Maintain accurate records of correspondence, RFIs, material approvals, and site instructions.
Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the PMO.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical diploma with relevant experience).
2–4 years of experience in a technic support role, preferably in interior design or fit-out companies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or design software.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with project doentation and construction terminology.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
