Job Description

Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing excellent customer service, fixing appointments. The role involves managing communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient execution of sales orders, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:

Coordinate and process customer orders in the system.
Track and manage shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure proper doentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes) for all sales transactions.
Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
Assist in resolving any sales-related issues, complaints, or discrepancies.
Sales Support:

Support the sales team with preparation of quotes, sales reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Assist in developing and maintaining sales forecasts and targets.
Inventory and Stock Management:


Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
Doentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
Generate regular sales reports and present them to management.
Ensure all doentation complies with company policies and local regulations.
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Assist in competitor analysis and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Event and Marketing Coordination:

Assist in coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Support the marketing team in the creation and distribution of promotional materials.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualities:
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Middle Eastern markets and business practices is preferred.
