As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our cutting- edge file storage solutions to clients across Kuwait. Your technical expertise and persuasive communication skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and recommend tailored file storage solutions.
Product Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of our automated systems.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Technical Support: Provide post- sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2- 3 years of relevant sales experience in automated systems, preferably in the file storage domain.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Technical understanding of file storage, cloud solutions, and data management.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
