Create & identify new customers and maintain & develop existing accounts
Promote all the services and expertise of the organization in the market
Meet and exceed target set by the management in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts
Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure smooth shipping processes
Report sales activities to Senior Management
Required min. 3 years of similar experience in freight forwarding industry
Must be a versatile and dedicated professional with extensive knowledge and experience in freight forwarding and shipping industry in the UAE.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
Have decision making, negotiation and presentation skills
Should be able to optimize workflow, learn from experience, and provide excellent customer service
UAE driving license, a must
