•Ensure timely display to the assigned area according to the Merchandising Schedule.
•Ensure timely receiving of stocks on the shelf at the scheduled time of delivery in coordination with the delivery and logistics team.
•Assist in the receiving area and promptly stock the goods in the storage areas and the assigned shelves & display counters.
•Ensure rental displays and stands are maintained properly by ensuring proper housekeeping and arranging the goods.
•Ensure adequate stocks are maintained on the shelf to meet customer's demand by effective coordination with the Team Leader.
•Skillfully use the POS-Materials & advertising materials provided to them to enhan the outlet visibili awareness in the concerned area.
•Maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers on the shelf, thereby improvi the sales targets.
•Ensure that F-I-F-O method is followed while displaying and for the releasing of stocks from the storages.
•Ensure minimum return of goods by handling near-expiry and slow-moving stocks according to the company norms such as rotating of stocks.
•Responsible for ensuring that the pricing & labeling of products for the shelf are correct and are positioned appropriately on the product.
•Responsible for dispatching the goods returned to the stores through the delivery personnel after following all the necessary formalities in the outlet.
•Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken at work to refrain from pilferage.
•Report custom related issues, and grievances to the supervisor.
•Submit daily reports to the team leader.
