Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for credit card products through field sales
- Pitch product features, benefits, and offers clearly
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outdoor activities
- Collect and verify doents as per bank KYC guidelines
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the team leader
- Follow up with customers until application approval
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge

Requirements
- Minimum education: High school or bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales (freshers welcome)
- Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus
- Sales-driven personality with confidence and persistence
- Willing to work in field sales across Dubai
