Bachelor's degree ( RM and RE )/ 12 th pass - (executive Trainee) Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
1-7 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles within the banking / life insurance industry.
Proven track record of driving client engagement and building strong business relationships.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Fluency in English and a second language is a distinct advantage, particularly in multicultural markets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are doented accurately.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client needs and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls and direct cold call meetings.
· Engage and educate customers on product usage.
· Present and sell retail banking products in ethical and professional manner.
· Maintain and develop relationship with existing customer to enhance cross -selling opportunities,
· Following up the customers, make the client to understand the benefits and features of the product, convincing them and close the deals.
