Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, driving sales through telecalling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels including online research, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
Telecalling: Engage with potential customers via phone calls to introduce our produc, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Email Campaigns: Create, manage, and execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and nurture relationships.
Client Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continued sales growth.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead generation and telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone and through email.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and email campaign tools is preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
