Job Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate granite and marble products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote company products and services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Salesman or similar role in the granite and marble industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of granite and marble products, including different types, qualities, and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite.
• Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
