We are Multinational Company and one of the largest collectors packers and exporters of Recovered Fibre in the Middle East. We have been in the Recycling Industry for over 30 years with its head office in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai UAE and branch offices in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan.
We are looking for a Sales Manager preferably but not necessary with experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. And motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Overseeing local and regional sales.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- To Create Contracts and Maintain the Sources Developed
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Skills Required:
- 4+ Years Experience as a Sales Manager
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Must be able to establish and maintain customer confidence.
- Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals.
