Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the sales team and be directly responsible for their performance and growthDevelop and implement business growth strategies and plansResearch business opportunities and industry trends including emerging marketsUnderstand key customer’s business and technical application requirements, anticipating their needs for products and solutionsIdentify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitorsPrepare and present high-level 2 yr. sales forecasts to the management teamCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in MENA or GCC region for 5 years and aboveShould have sales experience in the FMCG industryThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesProficiency in English or ArabicFast learner and passion for salesHighly organized, motivated, hardworking, and energeticAble to work under pressure to meet targets.Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close commercially strong deals.Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
