Job Description

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Conduct regular sales training sessions to equip the team with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
Set clear performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and achievement of targets.
Resolve customer issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction and retention, reinforcing a customer-centric approach.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, showcasing progress and strategic recommendations.


Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within a similar industry to ensure relevant knowledge.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a competitive advantage.
Experience in managing and developing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
