Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to ensure team growth and productivity.
Monitor the performance of agents and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Oversee listing presentations, negotiations, and closings to ensure quality service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate la.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets (off-plan and secondary).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
