Role Overview:
Domus Flower LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our wholesale flower business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wholesale flower sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue within the floral industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales across the KSA market.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
•Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
•Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
•Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
•Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
•Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Minimum 5-10 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
•Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market.
•Proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
•Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in the KSA.
•Experience with impo flower trading is a plus.
•Strong organizational and customer service skills.
•Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
