1- Managing a sales budget you will build and maintain strong relationships with the active customer base, through telephone Teams and occasional face to face visits to maximizing sales opportunities.
2- Promote & Sell The Product Within The Communities Of Architects / PMC / Builders & Such Other Interested Parties.
3- Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, and labour for window & door tender packages and prepare estimates using Business Micros Evolution
4- Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions, ensuring that relevant dents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline.
5- Ensure the best deals are secured with suppliers and subcontractors
6 - Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on the project status
1- Significant Estimating experience with UPVC windows and WPC Doors is essential, with extensive knowledge of industry best practices and standards
2 - Great relationship building and people skills, comfortable with meeting customers and discussing upcoming projects
3- A full understanding of building regulations and how to design product to meet these requirements
4- Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with other project teams and stakeholders.
5- South Asian (preferably Indian National ) with Driving license and the ability to travel extensively and perform site visits as required
