The sales executive is responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing the country's national portfolio of customer service accounts by providing high-quality service at the lowest possible cost.
Main Objectives:
•Provide support service to the field sales team, ensuring customers /clients are given timely and correct support regarding their shipment / their business.
•Ensure we get maximum hit rate on our quotations and Increase customer base.
•Attend RFQ’s in a timely manner.
•In charge of maintaining and updating CRM and ensuring easy access of sales data from CRM.
•Good time management skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Good communication skills
•Work under own initiative
•Proficiency with MS applications
•Fluent in English language both written and spoken, if other languages added.
•Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target.
•Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
•Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shipping lines & and carriers
•Perform Cold calling and work to build a book of businesses.
•Great knowledge in freight forwarding sales executive must have good understanding of all method of logistical sales concepts and techniques of attracting customers towards to secure long-term business relationship.
