We are looking for a young and fresh candidate for “Outdoor Sales” having UAE Driving license to develop our retail business attracting new customers (Building Materials, Hardware & Paints Shops) and servicing existing customers portfolio.
The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales targets.
Interested candidate should be passionate to sell and willing to travel across U.A.E for delivering best customer service at all times.Identify potential business clusters & channel partners in assigned territory through proper scouting and mapping to build strong dealer’s pipeline.Convert dealers’ pipeline to customers’ accounts through regular follow ups conducting face to face meetings introducing company’s products.Submit reports on your sales and market visits (PJP) to sales manager regularly and maintain accurate and updated records for all sales leads, market visits and dealer’s pipeline.Coordinate with logistics department to check stock levels for in hand and upcoming orders and plan / schedule deliveries updating customers.Coordinate with accounts department on debtors accounts and follow up customers regularly being sure that all payments are collected on time.Monitor competitor’s activities regularly and update management pertaining to new products launch, price changes, promotions, trade schemes and marketing events etc.
Requirements:Min Secondary School diploma with 1 – 2 years’ experience as outdoor sales representative.Effective communication (English & Hindi / Urdu) and negotiation skills.Computer use competency – Outlook / Word / ExcelExceptional customer service skills.UAE driving license is mandatory
