Job brief
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Tea) for our UAE operations. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will assist him in managing the existing and new product portfolio by providing support and demonstration of new concepts to drive Customer Experience and achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Understand customers’ needs
Prepare marketing plans and schedules to attain specific sales targets.
Aggressively acquires new customers, devising strategies to enter new distributi channels to leverage the territory assigned.
Manage distributors, orders, and schemes.
Manage enquiry generation, processing enquiries and sample approval procedures for Primary and Secondary Sales
Giving quotations, negotiation and taking orders.
Ensure appropriate communication within the organisation to ensure the sale order processing.
Establish and maintain new clients and potential client relationships.
Monitoring competitors’ business-related activities
Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, trade shows, etc, to promote Suntips products.
Follow up for the collection of payments.
Coordinate order schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the Food Industry (FMCG) with a Valid UAE driving License
· Or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the T industry.
· Graduation will be highly regarded
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Solid presentation skills
· Capability to establish strong relationships with key partners
