As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your role will play a key part in driving the success of our store and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide product information, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Engage in active selling to maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and resolve them promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new arrivals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Positive attitude and a passion for sales.
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
