We are looking for an experienced Secondary Team Leader with a proven track record in Dubai real estate to lead our team, drive revenue, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong community expertise, an established network of buyers and sellers, active listings, and a clear area of specialization, along with the leadership skills to mentor agents and drive team performance.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience, with at least 2 years as Team Leader.
Strong and demonstrable experience in the Dubai Secondary Market.
An established portfol of active listings, sellers, buyers, and investors.
Proven track record of generating listings and successfully closing secondary market transactions.
Established specialization in specific Dubai communiti with strong local market knowledge.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing a team of Property Consultants.
Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong understanding of Dubai property valuations, market trends, communities, and transaction processes.
