- Assist the in organizing the management's schedule and all necessary requirements.
- Book flights, hotels and organize the management's travel schedule.
- Organize marketing even (prepa invitations).
- Coordinate with the suppliers for any inquiri.
- Assist the Accounts and Car Departments with their correspondences.
- Assist Sal Managers with their correspondences.
- Prepare replies to e-mails and other correspondences.
- Prepare management information reports and presentations.
- FEMALE, must have at least five years Dubai experience as a secretary, perfect self correspondence & English knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge and skills on computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, knowledge in Digital Marketi media).
