We are looking for Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for below HR functions and will oversee our UAE and GCC Branches (Oman, Qatar, KSA, and Bahrain).
•Recruitment: responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, both from inside UAE and overseas Talent Acquisition. From coordination with the Line Managers for job vacancies identification to job postings, candidates screening, interviews, Job Offer creation, salary negotiation, mobilization, and successful deployment.
•On-boarding and Training: facilitate the on-boarding process and orientation to the newly hired staff and ensure announcement of new staff within the organization. Initiate provision of soft skills and functional trainings within the organization.
•Timekeeping and Attendance Management: monitor employee’s attendance, leave request, and flight ticket provision. Finalize the attendance for monthly Payroll processing in coordination with Accountants and ensure compliance with MoHRE WPS regulation.
•Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and ensure conflict resolutions.
•HR Policy Creation and Implementation: create, update and amend HR policies and Guidelines, and ensure staff’s compliance.
•Employee Engagement: initiate and arrange the yearly employee engagement activities in coordination with CEO’s Executive Secretary and team.
•HRMS & Sharepoint Management: update employee Masterfile, update the sharepoint monitoring and regularly evaluate the HRMS system performance.
•Labour Law Compliance: ensure that all branch practices are in compliance with country’s Labour Law. Oversee and ensure our compliance regarding the employment of National Workers, Visa Quota application and other regulations about local staff recruitment.
•Health Insurance: coordinate with broker and process the enrollme, addition, deletion of members. Source new Insurance providers to do comparison of premium and TOB during renewal time both for group life insurance and workmen compensation insurance.
•License Renewal: monitor the Trade License, Establishment Card, and PRO Card validity and ensure coordination with PRO for its renewal.
•Office and Accommodation: keep track the offices and accommodations lease contracts and initiate the renewal, budget request, and contract attestation.
•Coordination with QSHE Officer: oversee all accommodation repairs and request, and coordinate with QHSE Officer about any issues concerning Health and Safety in the workplace.
•ISO Representative: apart from ensuring that HR Policies and SOPs are in place, the person will be responsible to act as the Management Representative to oversee the ISO Certification application and compliance.
•Management Reporting: will coordinate directly to the top management regarding HR and Admin updates and employee issues.
•Other Tasks: assist in HR functions of owner’s family businesses.
•Role: Senior HR Executive (Male)
•Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources, or related course. Preferably with HR Certification (SHRM or CIPD)
•Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 10,000
•Minimum 05 years of experience as Senior HR Executive / Generalist in UAE.
•Willing relocate or commute to work at Al Taawun, Sharjah, UAE.
•Can join within 01-02 months.
•Preferably can speak Hindi, Urdu and Basic Arabic; fluent in English.
•Work Schedule from Monday to Saturday; Saturday (half day) and Sunday Rest day.
