Al Kathiri Holding is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join its IT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications, manage Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts, resolve complex technical incidents, support IT infrastructure, maintain doentation, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems.

a. Proven experience as a Senior IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
b. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
c. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices.
d. Knowledge of L networking, VPN, and basic server administration.
e. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
f. Strong communication, customer service, and doentation abilities.
g. Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, or Cisco are an advantage.
