1. As the Senior Manager of the itialuS, SM has a full responsibility and authority control over the product & Service, marketing and financial activities. 2. In conjunction with the Chairman, GM will establish and implement overall business strategies consisting business growth, sales and marketing, human resources administration and finance. 3. Has the authority to review and approves adequate plans for budget spending, planned outputs, business efficiency, as well as head-up the product marketing and sales team to maximize company profitability and growth.
