Job Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advanced digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and leadership skills to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve conversion goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and analytics to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including paid search (PPC), social media, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising.
Develop and refine strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs, with a focus on ROI and conversion metrics.
SEO & SEM Expertise:
Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and display ads to maximize ROI and achieve targeted traffic growth.
Content Marketing Leadership:
Work with the content team to develop high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
Manage content distribution strategies across owned channels (blog, website, social media) and earned media (guest posts, partnerships).
Paid Media Campaigns (PPC/Display):
Oversee the creation and management of PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display advertising platforms, ensuring campaign objectives and ROI are met.
Continuously analyze and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting for maximum campaign performance.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute segmented, personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and customers.
Continuously monitor key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize email performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other tracking tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the creative, design, product, and sales teams to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with overall brand strategy and business goals.
Support the development of landing pages, digital assets, and other creative materials for campaigns.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Focus on optimizing conversion rates across digital channels through testing, UX improvements, and audience segmentation.
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the funnel and convert them into customers.
Stay Updated on Digital Trends:
Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Introduce new technologies and strategies to enhance marketing efforts and improve campaign results.
Mentoring & Leadership:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior digital marketing team members, sharing best practices and offering professional development opportunities.
Take ownership of key projects, leading their execution and ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and testing.
Proficient in email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Experience in principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Google Ads and Analytics certifications, or similar industry-recognized certifications.
Own Visa in UAE
