Senior Production Engineer
We are plastic factory in 3rd industrial city.
Roles:
1. Manage workers and achieve production targets.
2. Advise on injection molding machines parameters.
3. Ensure the product is consistent with established specification through continuous monitoring.
4. Collaborate with team to reduce defects rates
5. Handle day to day shop floor problems
6. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
7. Follow Good Manufacturing Practice.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree.
2. 5+ years of relevant working experience, hands on experience in injection molding.
Experience in plastic manufacturing
