The following is expected from potential candidate.
Must have Min 2 years prior experience in Dubai Market. Minimum 1-year experience of Off plan sales or secondary market in UAE Real Estate.
Must Have a valid UAE driving license & car.
Proven track records in sales.
Remarkable presentation and communication skills, Fluent in English & other languages will be an added advantage.
Strong Sales, Negotiation and convincing skills.
Time management and punctuality.
Target driven approach.
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Should possess good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate as well as RERA Rules and Regulations. Established network of industry contacts and property listings.
Must be Self-motivated, goal-oriented and accountable.
Must be able to start immediately.
Must be Presentable, well groomed & well mannered.
