1)Site Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Has a minimum 5 years of experience in UAE Construction Feld.
- Proven experience in project management and site supervision in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Work)
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence.
- Must know the authority applications online (DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.)
2) Civil Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Has a minimum 5 years of experience in UAE Construction Feld.
- You will play a key role in the successful execution and completion of various civil engineering projects.
- You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and in accordance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during the work.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance to identify deviations from the plan and take corrective actions as
necessary.
- Must know the authority applications online (DM, Trakees, DDA, etc.).
Must have a Driving License.
