* Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
* Review drawings, specifications, and project doents.
* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare site reports, inspections, and project doentation.
* Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
* UP Certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
* Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Qat projects preferred.
* Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple project responsibilities.
